Founded in 1984, Caraco is located in the Metro Detroit area. Caraco is a subsidiary
of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Ltd. (“Sun Pharma”), a leading pharmaceutical company in India.
Caraco remains extremely pro-active in regards to growing its business appropriately to fit the current competitive environment, while maintaining a focus on creating value with quality generic pharmaceuticals. Caraco is well positioned with diverse paths of development, including marketing and technology agreements with Sun Pharma,
internal research and development, and outsourced development. These paths mitigate the risk of each other, potentially positioning Caraco with an ongoing stream of approvals from the FDA. Caraco’s experienced management team is engaged in the growth of our business and is focused on execution.
